What time can I check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Kindly note that check-in time may be shifted to 4:00 PM during high occupancy periods.
Can I request housekeeping?
Housekeeping services are available daily.
Does the hotel have WIFI?
Stay connected during your stay with WIFI access throughout our guestrooms and public areas. Log-in information will be given at check-in.
Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If available, early check-in is from 12 PM. If available, late check-out hours are between 12PM and 3PM. Thereafter, the full night rate will be applied. Late check-out fee $58.50US inclusive of 17% ABST tax. All early check-ins and late check-outs must be confirmed by our Front Desk.
Can I store my bag?
Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. Siboney Beach Club reserves to right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items.
Do you have an elevator?
No, we don’t have elevators. Each room block has a ground level and two (2) flights of stairs.
Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?
As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our rooms or any of our common areas.
Do you offer parking for hotel guests?
Yes, however parking space is subject to availability. Registered hotel guests are entitled to one (1) complimentary parking slot per room.
Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?
Yes, we have PWD rooms available for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. Please contact us for more details.
What is your linen & damage Policy?
Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains and other cleaning or damages caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the extent and severity of the damage. These include, but are not limited to, cleaning, repair, or replacement charges for stained walls, vomit, blood and food stain on linens, and broken furniture and fittings. The exact cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Manager in charge.
What is your smoking policy?
No smoking in guest rooms. Usage of shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes is prohibited in all guest rooms. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas and on balconies. A penalty fee of $200US per incident will be charged to your account if a smoking incident occurs in your room during your stay.
If I need assistance with booking tours who do I call?
Email us at reservations@siboneybeachantigua.com to book prior to your arrival or visit our front desk for assistance with booking excursions, taxi ride or island tour! We have a variety of brochures available for your perusal.
Do you offer airport shuttle service?
We do not provide airport shuttle service.
Can I request a car rental?
We offer car rental services here at Siboney Beach Club. Email us at reservations@siboneybeachantigua.com to book prior to your arrival or visit our front desk for assistance.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, we do. Our Food & Beverage are ready to take care of your needs at Salt Plage Restaurant and Starfish Beach Bar.
What time does the Front Desk close?
Our Front Desk team is available 24/7
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
Yes, we have a fully equipped gym for guest use only.
Does the hotel offer spa services?
Visit Pure Spa & Wellness for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, our therapists offer a wide variety of room treatments.

Are beach umbrellas, towels and chairs free?
Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs are complimentary for Siboney Beach Club guests only.
Is the hotel all inclusive?
The hotel is not all inclusive. Breakfast is complimentary for direct bookings only.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel with no charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit the deposit paid of 50% of the total stay.
